Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Zenix operates the console and services described at this site and is the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: privacy@zenix.pro.

2. What we collect

Account data

Your email, workspace name, hashed password and billing details. Billing is handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

Attached network credentials

Tokens and sessions you attach are encrypted at rest and decrypted only inside the worker performing an action. They are never rendered back to the browser in full and never written to logs.

Resolved account and contact data

Profile fields, memberships and contact lists returned by a network for an account you attached. This can include personal data about third parties — the people in your contact lists — for which you are responsible as described in section 6.

Operational data

Run history, per-attempt records, timings and network responses. Technical logs including IP address, user agent and request metadata.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service — performance of our contract with you.
• To secure it — legitimate interest in preventing abuse and unauthorised access.
• To bill you — performance of contract and legal obligation.
• To support you — legitimate interest in answering your requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content or contact data to train models.

4. Retention

• Credentials — until you detach the account or close the workspace, then destroyed.
• Run history — per your plan (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, configurable on Elite).
• Technical logs — 30 days, then deleted or aggregated beyond identification.
• Billing records — as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Closing a workspace destroys stored credentials immediately and deletes remaining data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service:

• cloud hosting and managed databases;
• our payment processor;
• error monitoring and product analytics;
• transactional email delivery.

Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where legally compelled, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. Necessarily, an action you instruct is transmitted to the third-party network it targets.

6. Contact data and your responsibility

When you collect contacts through Zenix you are the controller of that personal data and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and message those people, for honouring their objections, and for responding to their requests. We will help you do so on request.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@zenix.pro; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, credential encryption with keys held separately from the database, least-privilege access, and audit logging of credential access. No system is perfectly secure; report a vulnerability to security@zenix.pro.

9. International transfers

We operate in several regions and data may be processed outside your country. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security. Any analytics cookies are optional and only set with your consent.

11. Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us if you believe we have.

12. Changes

We will announce material changes before they take effect and update the date above. See also the Terms of Service.
