Acceptable Use Policy
Zenix automates real accounts on networks that each have their own rules. This is what we require of you, and what will get a workspace suspended.

1. Scope
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything you do through the console, webhooks and any account you attach.
2. The baseline
Operate only accounts you own or are expressly authorised to operate, and stay within the terms of every network you connect to. Zenix cannot tell an account you own from one you do not, and does not check — so this is entirely on you.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Zenix to:
- Access accounts you are not authorised to use. Attaching credentials obtained by phishing, purchase, breach, credential stuffing or any other unauthorised means.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages. Messaging people who have not agreed to hear from you, or who have asked you to stop.
- Harass, threaten or target anyone. Including coordinated pile-ons, stalking, doxxing, or contacting someone who has blocked you through another account.
- Defraud or deceive. Impersonation, fake giveaways, investment or crypto scams, phishing, or any attempt to obtain credentials, payment details or personal data under false pretences.
- Disrupt or damage a service or community. Flooding, mass-deleting or destroying servers, channels or content; denial of service; or any action whose purpose is to break something.
- Evade enforcement. Circumventing bans, suspensions, rate limits, age gates or anti-abuse systems on any network.
- Generate or trade fraudulent value. Creating, redeeming or trafficking in gift codes, subscriptions, credentials or other goods you are not entitled to.
- Distribute illegal or harmful content. Including material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or infringes intellectual property.
- Scrape or exploit personal data unlawfully. Collecting contact data without a lawful basis, or reselling it.
- Attack Zenix itself. Probing, overloading, reverse engineering, or attempting to access another workspace's data.
4. Rate policy is not permission
Zenix gives you windows, quiet hours and per-account concurrency caps because operating inside a network's limits is your obligation. These are tools to help you comply, not a licence to push against a limit. Staying under a rate limit does not make an otherwise prohibited use acceptable.
5. Reporting
Report abuse to abuse@zenix.pro. Include the workspace, account or run reference if you have one. Report security vulnerabilities to security@zenix.pro rather than publicly.
6. Enforcement
Where we find a breach we may throttle or pause runs, suspend or terminate the workspace, retain records as required, and report to law enforcement or the affected network. Serious breaches — particularly unauthorised account access, fraud and content involving minors — are actioned immediately and without notice.
We may act on a good-faith belief that a breach has occurred. If you think we got it wrong, write to appeals@zenix.pro.
7. Changes
This policy changes as networks change their rules and as new abuse patterns appear. The date above reflects the current version.
